Trilogy training (on the job)

A Trilogy apprenticeship consists of one day a week at UCB or reflections college, and 4 days in the salon, with additional training by Trilogy staff. Intense training proved in addition to city and guilds NVQ level 2. This apprenticeship based qualification takes around 18 months to complete. With potential to progress to level 3 or like our directors, complete your assessors award to teach hairdressing.

College courses

These are held at UCB or reflections, but tutors also visit the salon for additional assessments. City and guilds level 2 hairdressing NVQ with potential to progress to level 3.
Apprenticeships take around 18 months depending on the progression of the individual apprentice.

Qualifications

• All Trilogy staff receive additional training within the Salon and on courses around the UK.
• Expert training courses (people brought in to expand skills)
• GHD styling course within the salon.
• GHD bridal hair course in Birmingham. (Alexa and Chloe)
• Lanza product training in the salon.
• La biosthetique colour theory in Birmingham.(lily and Scarlett)
• Advanced barbering cutting course in salon.
