You will be greeted at front of house by Jess, our lovely receptionist. She will look after you from booking over the phone through to the end of your visit at Trilogy. Jess will go above and beyond to help the team and clients, to get the best available appointment and most suitable service for your needs. She is always happy to give advice and when needed, she will refer you to a stylist for a free consultation.
